​Andrea Keikkala serves as the Executive Director of United Catcher Boats, bringing expertise in fisheries management, public and government affairs, and organizational leadership. Prior to joining UCB, she held a senior leadership role at the International Pacific Halibut Commission, where she focused on operational efficiency, fiscal oversight, and stakeholder engagement. Andrea also led organizations in the chamber of commerce and education sectors, where she advanced policy advocacy and community development initiatives. She holds advanced degrees in Religious Studies and Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and is passionate about advancing science-based fisheries policy and supporting the next generation of industry leaders.

Originally from Juneau, Alaska, Andrea returns home often to go fishing and hiking with her family. She is also an avid bowhunter and skier, spending as much time as possible exploring the outdoors.
